Absolute Lubricants (Pty) Ltd operates this website and online store. By accessing this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Application (B2B & B2C)

These Terms apply to both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) customers. Consumer Rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) apply only to B2C customers.

3. Products & Hazardous Goods

Absolute Lubricants (Pty) Ltd supplies automotive, industrial, marine lubricants, oils, and chemical products, some of which are classified as hazardous goods. Customers confirm they are legally permitted and suitably equipped to receive, store, handle, and use such products. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request.

4. Pricing & Product Information

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received and cleared. Payment methods include EFT and online electronic payments.

6. Delivery & Risk

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for hazardous goods or bulk order.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Hazardous goods may not be returned once opened or used, unless defective or incorrectly supplied. Defects must be reported within 7 days.

8. Product Use & Limitation of Liability

Products must be used according to manufacturer specifications. Liability is limited to the value of the product supplied.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of Absolute Lubricants (Pty) Ltd.

10. Privacy & POPIA Compliance

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
